A different starting point

The qualities we nurture in women are rarely the ones we call leadership.

You may already be the person colleagues rely on, the one delivering difficult work, carrying the detail, and seeing what others miss. Yet those qualities can be overlooked.

WiLD begins with the leader already present. Through strengths-based insight, live practice, individual coaching, and a carefully held cohort, you build a leadership approach that is recognizably yours and learn to be valued for it.

The WiLD difference

The room changes everything.

WiLD is deliberately small. With 12-16 participants, people become visible to one another. Conversations become more honest, learning becomes more personal, and shared experience becomes part of the programme.

  • A safe, non-judgemental setting for candid reflection
  • Personal attention through assessment and one-to-one coaching
  • Shared wisdom and a peer network that continues beyond the programme

Inside WiLD

Watch the two-minute WiLD aftermovie and step inside the energy, honesty and connection that make the programme different.

Three workshops. One connected experience.

Not a library of lessons. A leadership experience with rhythm.

Each workshop moves the work forward. Assessments make it personal, coaching brings it into your real leadership context, and Connect sessions keep reflection and relationships alive between the larger moments.

Workshop 01

Re-imagining leadership

The first workshop creates room to examine the ideas about leadership that participants have inherited, absorbed or felt expected to perform.

In the room

Facilitated reflection and candid cohort conversation help participants question restrictive leadership myths and explore the narratives women carry into leadership.

The shift

Participants begin defining leadership through their own values, strengths and lived experience - not a standard to imitate.

You carry forward: a more personal definition of leadership and a trusted foundation for the work ahead.

Workshop 02

Embodying leadership

The second workshop moves from the idea of leadership to the way each participant already thinks, communicates, influences and contributes.

Know yourself

Insights from CliftonStrengths, Insights Discovery and the individual debrief give participants practical language for their strengths, patterns and leadership style.

Practise

The cohort works with voice, visibility and presence in real situations, shifting attention away from perceived deficits and toward what is already strong.

You carry forward: a clearer evidence based picture of how you lead and greater confidence using your voice without imitating someone else's style.

Workshop 03

Actioning leadership

The final workshop turns insight into a clearer way forward, grounded in the leadership and career situations participants are navigating now.

Make it real

Participants strengthen self-advocacy, shape a practical leadership vision and identify the actions that will make their contribution more visible.

Keep moving

The work continues through individual coaching and the WiLD Network, giving participants trusted people to draw on after the formal programme.

You carry forward: a practical direction, clearer next actions and a network behind you.

Between the workshops

The learning continues while real work keeps happening.

One-hour virtual WiLD Connect sessions sit between and after the main workshops. They maintain momentum, deepen peer relationships and help participants apply the learning while it is still live.

Personal support throughout

“You are never left to turn insight into action alone.”

Assessments, one-to-one coaching and trusted cohort connections keep the support personal between every workshop.

What you carry forward

Three changes designed to last beyond the programme.

The modules, coaching and cohort experience work together so insight becomes something participants can use in the next conversation, decision and opportunity.

1

Know how you lead.

A clearer understanding of your strengths, patterns and leadership style, with language that makes them easier to recognise and use.

2

Be heard in your own style.

Greater clarity in how you communicate, advocate for your ideas and make your contribution visible without performing a leadership persona.

3

Move forward with direction.

A practical leadership vision, clearer next actions and a trusted network of women who can remain peers and sounding boards.

Register for WiLD
Who is WiLD designed for?

WiLD is designed for women moving toward broader leadership responsibility, including mid-level and senior professionals and high-potential women preparing for their next step.

How much time should I set aside?

The programme runs across six months. It includes three mandatory 3.5-hour workshops, four optional one-hour Connect sessions, three one-to-one coaching sessions, assessments, surveys, and supporting preparation.

Are all three workshops mandatory?

Yes. Full attendance at all three workshops is required because the sequence and the trust built within the cohort are central to the experience. Connect sessions are optional but strongly encouraged.

How can I get approval from my manager?

Most WiLD places are employer-sponsored. Register your interest and choose employer funding to request a quotation with the outcomes, schedule and time commitment your manager needs.

What happens in the one-to-one coaching sessions?

The coaching sessions give you private, focused support on leadership and career topics relevant to your current situation. They help translate programme insight into practical action.

What assessments will I complete?

The current programme uses Insights Discovery and Gallup CliftonStrengths, alongside participant surveys. These licensed assessments support your individual learning.

What happens after the six months?

The WiLD Network continues as a source of peer support and connection.

Awaken. Empower. Achieve.

Your next step in leadership does not begin with becoming someone else.

WiLD begins with the definition and ends with you leading in a way that is recognisably your own — with the right people beside you.
